Legal Entity & Contact PorterGT LLC is a luxury ground transportation company located at 900 Shenandoah Dr, Brentwood, TN 37027. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, reservations, and usage of the PorterGT website and systems. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Website Usage Terms All content on the PorterGT website is the intellectual property of PorterGT LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent. Any unauthorized use of PorterGT's name, logo, media, or proprietary materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
We are not responsible for third-party content accessed via links on our site. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts or reservations at our discretion.
Fleet & Vehicle Substitution PorterGT reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value and size without notice. All vehicles are late-model, luxury maintained, and subject to change based on availability.
Chauffeurs All PorterGT chauffeurs are background-checked, fully licensed, and trained in discretion, safety, route efficiency, and VIP protocol. PorterGT reserves the right to terminate service if any passenger exhibits threatening, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
Service Reservations & Billing All reservations are billed garage-to-garage and calculated in 15-minute increments. Hourly minimums apply depending on vehicle type, event, and date.
Final billing is based on actual service time, including vehicle inspection post-drop-off. All reservations are subject to pre-authorization 30% above quoted total to cover incidentals. Charges may include but are not limited to: wait time, extra stops, cleaning fees, off-hours surcharges, and tolls. Receipts are emailed post-service.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Sedans/SUVs (Non-Airport): 24-hour notice
Sedans/SUVs (Airport): 2-hour notice (if within 60-minute drive)
VIP Sprinter Vans: 7-day notice
Executive Buses: 30-day notice
All deposits and retainers are non-refundable
Refunds are not guaranteed. Any consideration is at the discretion of PorterGT management and must be formally requested. No-shows and late cancellations will be fully charged.
Special Events & Hourly Conversions All transportation related to concerts, sports events, festivals, or large gatherings may be converted to hourly-as-directed service due to traffic and venue restrictions. Client is responsible for informing PorterGT of the occasion to ensure proper scheduling.
Flight Monitoring & Delays Commercial flights are monitored for delays. Private flights are not guaranteed unless coordinated in advance. Delays may incur additional wait time billing. Clients are responsible for notifying PorterGT of changes to their travel itinerary.
Wait Time & Grace Periods
Non-Airport Pickups: 15-minute grace period
Airport Arrivals (Commercial): 30 minutes from gate time
FBO Arrivals: 15 minutes from scheduled wheels down
Additional wait time is billed in one-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Luggage & Vehicle Sizing Vehicle selection must consider both passenger count and luggage. PorterGT is not responsible for oversize baggage or excess items not fitting in the reserved vehicle.
Cleaning, Damage & Pet Fees
Pet Fee (non-crated): $50 per pet
Cleaning Fee (non-biohazard): $250
Smoke/Odor Removal: 8-hour vehicle rate
Biohazard Cleaning Fee: $500
Damage caused by passenger or pet is the client’s full responsibility
Off-Hour & Holiday Fees
Off-Hours (11PM–6AM): $15
Holidays: $25 surcharge (Major U.S. holidays)
Payment Processing & Fees All payments must be made via credit or debit card unless pre-approved. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions.
Security, Privacy & Data All client information is stored securely. We do not share or sell client data. Credit card data is encrypted and handled per PCI compliance standards.
Force Majeure & Service Interruptions PorterGT is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, road closures, weather events, accidents, or civil unrest. Our liability in such cases is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Legal & Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Williamson County, TN.
