5. Do you provide service outside of Nashville?
Yes. While we’re based in Nashville, we also provide service to surrounding areas including Brentwood, Franklin, Cool Springs, Mt. Juliet, and Murfreesboro. We also offer city-to-city executive travel throughout the region and partner with affiliates for multi-city itineraries.
6. Is my chauffeur professionally trained?
Absolutely. All PorterGT chauffeurs are fully licensed, background-checked, and professionally trained in:

7. Do you offer security detail or bodyguard services?
Yes. PorterGT offers discreet, coordinated security support, including armed or unarmed escorts, close protection services, and coordination with third-party security or private bodyguards. Available upon request with any reservation.
8. Can I book transportation for weddings or special events?
Absolutely. We provide wedding day transportation, guest shuttles, and getaway cars for couples, bridal parties, and VIP guests. Our vehicles arrive polished, punctual, and event-ready—always with seamless communication and coordination with planners or venues.
9. Can I make changes to an existing reservation?
Yes. For standard bookings, changes can be made up to 24 hours in advance by contacting our team. For large group events or Sprinter/Buses, additional notice may be required. We recommend confirming all itinerary changes with us directly via phone or email.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
Sedans & SUVs: 24-hour notice for full refund
Sprinters & Buses: 7-day cancellation notice
Weddings/Events (Full-Day or Multi-Vehicle): 14-day cancellation notice
We believe in fairness and transparency, and we’ll always work with you in special situations.
11. Do you track flights at BNA?
Yes. We use real-time flight tracking software and adjust pick-up times for early or delayed arrivals—whether you’re landing at BNA or a private FBO like Signature or Atlantic Aviation.
12. Where will I be picked up at the airport?
With Meet & Greet: Your chauffeur will greet you at baggage claim with a sign.
Without Meet & Greet: Please proceed to the designated Limo/Black Car pick-up zone.

13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers (for large events), and offer corporate accounts with monthly billing upon approval.
14. Is my personal information secure?
Yes. All data is stored securely, and credit card processing is handled through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. We never sell or share your information.
15. Can I request a receipt?
Yes. Receipts are automatically emailed to the booking contact after each trip. You may also request historical receipts by contacting us directly.
16. Can I bring luggage or gear?
Of course. Each vehicle has specific luggage capacity:
S500: 2–3 bags
Escalade/Suburban: 5–6 bags
Sprinter Van: 8+ bags
Executive Bus: 20+ bags
Please mention any oversized equipment or special requirements at booking.
17. Can you accommodate special requests (drinks, flowers, signs, etc.)?
Yes. We’re happy to provide custom amenities like champagne, bottled water, floral arrangements, gift bags, or branded signage. Just let us know in advance.
18. Are pets allowed in the vehicle?
Crated pets are welcome in most vehicles. Non-crated pets must be approved at the time of booking and may incur a cleaning fee.
19. Is there a grace period for waiting times?
Yes. We provide a 15-minute grace period for standard pick-ups and a 30-minute grace period for airport arrivals. Additional wait time will be billed in accordance with your vehicle’s hourly rate.
20. Do you charge for additional stops?
Additional stops outside your original itinerary may incur a fee. These will always be disclosed transparently before or during your ride.
